HOW IT WORKS

From the source to your inbox in under a minute.

  1. 01

    Government feeds, watched.

SEC EDGAR polled every 30 seconds for new Form 4s and 8-Ks. CFTC checked every Friday at 3:30 ET for the weekly Commitments of Traders. New data discovered the moment it's published.

  2. 02

    Raw documents, decoded.

Form 4 XML, 8-K HTML, and CFTC report rows are parsed into clean structured records — transaction codes, share counts, prices, Item sections, position changes, trader counts — never inferred.

  3. 03

    Surfaced before consensus.

Filings and positioning shifts land in your feed instantly. Add a ticker or market to your watchlist and we email you within seconds of the next event.

BUILT FOR SERIOUS INVESTORS

The interface analysts wish EDGAR and CFTC were.

REAL-TIME

Sub-minute from the source.

No daily digests. No 15-minute delay. The moment a Form 4 or 8-K hits EDGAR — or a CoT report drops at CFTC — it hits your feed.

STRUCTURED

Every field machine-parsed.

Shares, price, transaction code, 8-K Item sections, position changes by trader category — extracted from the source XML, HTML, and CSV, never inferred.

8-K EVENTS

Material events, the moment they file.

Earnings releases, M&A, mgmt changes, Reg-FD disclosures — every 8-K section parsed into searchable Items, so you can filter to exactly the event type you care about.

COT POSITIONING

Where the smart money sits.

Every CFTC-tracked futures market — gold, S&P, oil, FX, crypto — with multi-year history of commercial vs. non-commercial positioning.

WATCHLIST

Alerts when you need them.

Watch by ticker, CIK, or CFTC market. Email within seconds of a new filing. Friday afternoon summary when positioning shifts in tracked markets.

CORRELATED

Cross-data signals.

Insider activity intersected with speculator positioning. When the people inside and the people positioned heaviest agree, it shows.

NEW · MCP SERVER

Dehy is now inside Claude, Cursor, and any AI assistant that speaks MCP.

@dehy-mcp/server is published on npm. One paste in your MCP client config and your AI can answer questions like “what's the DEHY Score on the latest NVDA Form 4, and what's the seller's historical sell-timing record?” with live data from EDGAR.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

What is a Form 4?
Form 4 is the SEC filing every corporate insider — directors, officers, and shareholders owning more than 10% — must submit within two business days of any transaction in their company's stock. It's the most direct signal of what insiders are doing.
How real-time is "real-time"?
Within 60 seconds of EDGAR publication. We poll the SEC's recent-filings Atom feed every 30 seconds, fetch the XML, parse it, and surface the structured fields to your feed.
How much does it cost?
Free at launch. A paid tier with priority alerts, larger watchlists, and richer historical analysis is on the roadmap once the core product earns its keep.
Where does the data come from?
Public SEC EDGAR feeds. No third-party data. No inferred numbers. Every value on a filing detail page traces back to a specific field in the filer's Form 4 XML.
Is this investment advice?
No. DEHY surfaces public data so you can do your own analysis. Insider transactions are noisy and motivated by many factors unrelated to a company's outlook — read our disclaimer.
Which forms does DEHY cover?
Form 4 only at launch. 8-K (material events), 13F (institutional holdings), and 13D/G (activist positions) are on the roadmap — added in order of how compounding each one is.
